Thank you for shopping with fyplc! Below you will find all information about our shipping process for our women’s knit sweaters and linen tops.

Processing Time

All orders require 2–5 business days for handling before shipment. Our team carefully inspects each linen blouse and knit sweater to ensure quality before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship internationally to most countries. Standard Shipping: 12–25 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimated and may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, or local logistics.

Shipping Fees

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be shown on our homepage.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor your shipment status online. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties or brokerage fees charged by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. We cannot predict or control customs charges.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient refusal or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and return freight. We can reship the item at your extra cost or issue a partial refund after receiving the returned goods.
